Our smallest and now oldest building is now the home of our artisan bread ovens. This is the coziest store, but has all the goodies of the others. In 2009, we brought on an experienced Artisan Bread Baker, and we installed a true artisan bread hearth oven. If you have ever had our Bitte Brot line of breads, or the fabulous German pretzels, pretzel rolls or Ciabatta bread, this is where these are created.

I MUST say, the MENASHA location deserves MORE than 5 stars for their extraordinary customer service!! Every staff member there, every time I go there, are extremely friendly; more than they need...

Don't go anywhere else to get yo donuts {and other delicious baked goods! Like breads (sampled the twice baked potato loaf and surprisingly tasted JUST LIKE IT), cinny rolls, cakes, cookies, etc...
