Incorporated in 1921, Land O'Lakes Inc. offers a full-line of agricultural supplies and production and business services to agricultural producers and cooperatives across the United States. It also markets dairy-based food products for consumers, foodservice professionals and food manufacturers. Based in Spencer, Wis., it offers a wide range of products, including spreads and margarines, seasoning, cocoa and cappuccino, sour cream, milk, as well as cheese, among others. Land O'Lakes Inc. provides numerous brands including Alpine Lace Cheese, Fresh Buttery Taste Spread and Hilldale, among others.

Foremost Farms USA is a dairy cooperative owned by more than 2,300 dairy farmer members in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. It maintains a staff of over 1,050 employees. The cooperative offers a variety of dairy products for the wholesale, retail, pharmaceutical, animal feed and food service markets. Foremost Farms USA manufactures cheese, butter and whey ingredients. It provides edible lactose, dough conditioners and milk replacer blends. The cooperative also offers a range of butter and milk products. Foremost Farms USA maintains a network of processing plants. Its products are used for salads dressings, sauces, soups, beverages and pizzas. The cooperative maintains an in-house applications laboratory.
