Lawrence A. Elfman, MD

Dawn Kalin is a doctor of osteopathy in obstetrics and gynecology. She received her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University-Corvallis and earned her doctor of osteopathy degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Miami - Jackson Memorial Hospital-Miami. Dr. Kalin's practice is focused on minimally invasive surgery, contraception, high-risk obstetrics, infectious diseases in pregnancy, STI treatment, and menopause. Kalin is a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association. In her free time, Dr. Kalin enjoys speaking Spanish and enjoying Latino culture - food, dancing, and fun! She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their pug. Roopa Shah is a board certified family medicine physician. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Michigan State Univeristy in East Lansing and earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine-East Lansing. She completed her internship and residency at United Family Practice in St. Paul, MN. Shah's practice is focused on adolescent and women's health, pediatrics, dermatology, and weight management. Dr. Shah is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and the American Medical Women's Association. In her time away from work, Dr. Shah enjoys fitness, tennis, snowboarding, yoga, knitting, scrapbooking, travel, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog.

Kia Mills is a physician assistant for family medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her master’s degree and physician assistant certification from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Areas of interest in Ms. Mills’ practice include: adolescent medicine using lifestyle approaches over medication when possible, women's health, and general health and wellness through nutrition and exercise. Ms. Mills is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants. In her time away from work, Ms. Mills interests include hiking, running, biking Madison's trails, spending time with her family and golden retriever, and enjoying the local farmers’ markets.
