Don't expect fresh curds everyday. They only make them once or twice a week and not on the same day. The cheese is good, but not always worth the drive if your not buying a lot.

Best of the best in Wisconsin. Small but efficient on-site store with cheeses right from the plant. Be sure to try their latest cheese curd flavors!
