A Gastropub is a hybrid of a restaurant and pub that serves high quality entrees & signature cocktails. We serve house made entrees & desserts in a welcoming, cozy and koselig atmosphere. KOS (pronounced like koose and rhymes with moose) is short for the word "koseling" and is a Norwegian concept signifying glowing with warmth, kindness, caring, togetherness and laughter, wholesome food and a good drink, coziness. It is similar to the Danish concept of Hygge. The Celtic symbols on each side of our logo represent sisterhood and friendship. Both the Norwegian and Celtic sentiments represent our heritage and beliefs. We love welcoming people from all walks of life with kindness and inclusivity.

Wow! This place is amazing to say the least. Service and ambiance was nothing like your typical coulee region pub and grill. The food was outstanding and we will definitely be coming back again...
