my daughter was in this store in the childrens dep. there were multiple signs that said 20% of extra . when she was checking out they would not give her the 20 % . every other store would honor it...

I always find clothing selections for the grandchildren. Often this clothing is sale or clearance prices. I find it worth my while to stop at Kohl's even when I am not planning/needing to buy.
