I have to commend the staff working so hard under the conditions with covid. They have taken all precautions and keeping the store clean and have really changed the store so it is not as crammed...

still have not gotten items ordered on 12/02/20, still in illinios has been since 12/21/20, called kohl's . com, still no items, no responce. Very dissapointing!

I go here a lot. They have lots of cute clothes but customer service is bad. Out of the times I have been there, there was one worker that actually talked to me. Some people at the checkout areas...

I wish I could leave a two-star review for Kohl's in general and a five-star plus review for the people who work there. I'm 81 years old, somewhat disabled, and not at all an experienced in-store...
