History
KASANA Catering started by cooking at the homes of clients and by renting a commercial kitchen to prepare cuisine for Pop-Up Dinners. In 2011 KASANA became part of a shared kitchen at Ascension Lutheran Church, and in 2013 KASANA Collective opened its fully licensed kitchen (at 241 N. Broadway, Miwaukee, WI) to other food entrepreneurs in need of kitchen space. KASANA currently operates a cafe/bistro (KASANA Cafe), dining room and bar (Bossa Nova), and event venue (The Gallery) in the Broadway Central Building, in addition to our catering and kitchen collective rentals. KASANA Good-To-Go healthy vending items is one more part of the KASANA Group's goal to provide healthy and organic food options for persons on-the-go.
