We started our business two years ago! I decided it was time to start my own business doing something that I loved (cooking) ! I discussed it with my husband he thought I was nuts but I gave my employer a two months notice purchased a food trailer and here we are !! I must say it was quite challenging trying to get our name out here amongst all the other established trucks out here . But we took a chance and now we are well known for our Catfish.
