Hello, I'm Jodi Beggs, an advanced practice nurse practitioner for Affinity Medical Group. With more than a decade of nursing experience in the operating room, I provide personalized, pre-operative and post-operative evaluations to patients of all ages undergoing general surgery. I have a special interest in assisting in robotic surgery and have been a part of the robotic surgery team since the beginning of the program. My goal is to work together with my patients to create an individualized plan of care. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, gardening, and walking my dogs.

Maykong Leepalao, MD, is a general surgeon with Ascension Medical Group. She provides compassionate surgical care to all people of all ages. Dr. Leepalao's special interests include complex minimally- invasive surgery including foregut and hernia surgery, robotic surgery and bariatric surgery Dr. Leepalao strives to provide exceptional care that is always in the best interest of the patient. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, snowboarding and spending time with her dogs.
