This location is seriously damaging Jimmy John's reputation for fast, friendly service. The workers keep the open sign off to avoid having to make sandwiches for profit. And when you do shock them...

The food was very good. But, it took a few minutes waiting at the window for the food to get there. This was a bit slow for Jimmy John's standards.

Stop being lazy and open your lobby. It's 3:30 pm.... Hot as hell outside and I'd like to eat somewhere other than my car. Why Is it always closed?
