Waited an HOUR for a "toasted" sub that was cold as could be by the time it got to me. All ice in drink completely melted watering the drink down. Probably the worst sub I've ever had let alone...

Jimmy Johns never fails on food. Picked up. Everything was great except the app says ordering through app is 20% off for pickup , didn't happen.
