Witnessed multiple employees messing around ... spilling drinks.. and not taking the room full of customers remotely seriously... then getting in a customers face who had waited MUCH longer for...

Had a $12 sub. It was all bread. Very little meat and very bland. Jimmy Johns used to be decent, now it's just a rip off.

I order from JJs in multiple cities and lake mills is hands down the slowest. They also have taken my order to my neighbors house more than once. They have also messed the order up multiple times....
