Jessica Jannette, APNP, BC, WCC, is an adult advanced nurse practitioner with Ascension Calumet at Chilton. Jannette is board-certified in internal medicine and in wound care. She provides personalized primary care to adults ages 18 and older. Having been born and raised in Chilton, Jessica is happy to be back serving her communities. Jannette has a special interest in wound care management, CHF, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension. She believes in building a partnership with her patients and their families. Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, completing puzzles, running, and camping.

Hello, I?m Sharon Kaplon, an advanced practice nurse practitioner for Affinity Medical Group. I provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages while utilizing evidence-based practices to improve a patient?s overall health and wellbeing. I have a special interest in mental health, sports medicine, diabetes, hypertension, dementia and pediatrics. My goal is to provide empathetic, compassionate care to patients and their families by taking the time to listen and building a partnership based on trust. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, boating, and attending my children?s sporting events.

Rebecca Ott, APNP, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with Ascension Calumet at Chilton. Becky is board-certified in Family Medicine. She provides acute care, preventive care, chronic conditions, and procedures to patients of all ages. Becky has a special interest in preventative medicine with a focus on creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She strives to build a therapeutic and collaborative approach in a welcoming environment to meet the unique and individual goals of her patients. Outside of the office, Becky enjoys spending time with family, traveling, volleyball, and gardening.
