Jennifer Dungan O.D.

Dr. Shepherd chose optometry because she's never forgotten the amazement she felt when she tried on her first pair of glasses at ten years old and was finally able to see the individual leaves on the trees. She values getting to know patients individually and understanding their specific circumstances. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, competing in triathlons, playing bass guitar and piano, baking, reading, and doing puzzles. Dr. Shepherd is also an active volunteer with her church and is passionate about causes such as homelessness and hunger. She has also helped with a vision clinic in Haiti.
