Our practice was started by Dr. Martha Jay in 1992 after she completed her Ophthalmology residence at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Mark German joined the practice in 2000. Dr. Josephine-Liezl Cueto joined Lakeshore Eye Care Professionals in 2009. We take pride in providing our patients with the latest advancements in eye care, right here in Ozaukee County. Both offices are just off Highway 43, just minutes from Milwaukee.

Lakeshore Eye Care Professionals is the only practice providing full-time ophthalmology care in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. We have four doctors practicing in two offices, both conveniently located near Highway 43. We provide blade-free LASIK, small incision cataract surgery, premium lens implants for cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, diabetic eye care, dry eye treatment, macular degeneration treatment, contact lens fitting, comprehensive eye examinations and more. Patients of all ages are welcome and we accept most insurance plans, including Medicare Assignment.
