The staff were helpful however this conference center and hotel feels very dated. The place was clean. The elevators had issues with doors not closing. The place was fine but I wouldn't be jumping...

After 30+ years in the paper business, finally had a chance to stay here on a quick golf trip to Sand Valley - Midwest Mecca of golf. What a mistake! Room was 85 degrees, never cooled down....
