Hillsboro Brewing Company is owned by local Hillsboro residents Snapper and Kim Verbsky. The massive 28,000 square-foot facility built in 1914 located in the heart of the Driftless Wisconsin Area is where Hillsboro Brewing Company calls home. The former factory that for many years was used to produce condensed milk, now produces good beer, good food, and good times. With a solid award-winning lineup of over 40 craft brews & seltzers, appetizers, specialty burgers, and pizzas there is something for everyone at HBC.
