Health Innovation Program
The Health Innovation Program (HIP), launched in 2006, focuses on transforming healthcare delivery and population health in Wisconsin and beyond through health systems research in collaboration with University of Wisconsin faculty and healthcare organizations. Over the past 15 years, HIP has empowered numerous faculty, staff, and students in achieving their research and career development goals.
HIP is dedicated to addressing health disparities and advancing health equity through various initiatives, including support for telehealth, chronic care management, and community health interventions. The program also disseminates research findings and innovative tools via its HIPxChange platform, aimed at enhancing clinical and community health practices.
