Your Core Being, A Wellness Collaborative, is a Freeport-based studio that recently closed its bricks and mortar portion of the business, but will soon be launching a new website. Led by Pat Leitzen Fye, a certified yoga instructor, integrative health coach, and Reiki practitioner, the studio offered a variety of yoga and meditation classes, as well as private sessions and small group sessions. Pat will continue to teach and lead yoga and meditation, as well as offer health coaching and Reiki services. In addition to yoga and wellness services, Your Core Being also had a team of talented wellness practitioners, including Vicki L. Johnson, a Reiki Master, and Beyond Quantum Healing Guide, and Sara Horn, a Myofascial Release Practitioner. While the studio has closed, Vicki and Sara have been able to keep their studios under new ownership, and Damon Thomas, a licensed massage therapist, practices at various regional locations.Generated from the website
