Located in Pepin, Wis., The Harbor View Caf has been serving the hospitality industry since 1980. 20 years I've been eating at the Harborview Café. I've had the halibut at least 10 times but something was off this visit. The sauce tasted burned. The fish was dry, and the serving was small....

Food is not good here. The view is one of a kind. Don't order the beef and chicken curry! Service is great!
