We have a car loan through Guardian because they had the best terms. (2/5 stars for that) They don't send you a payment booklet and you can't pay online. That's kind of a bummer and not up to date...

Horrible service... ALWAYS! Simple as that I don't need to go into details. Stay away from this credit union. Especially this branch, their service is just awful. Would be zero stars if possible.
