I will never go to this location again. Went in for a simple trim and get charged $20, ridiculous. Jessica, which was my hairdresser, didn't even cut my hair right. I don't think she really knows...

Extremely slow, checked in at 12 and was told there is a 30 minute wait. I waited and my turn came at 1:30. Was getting a basic trim, it took 40 minutes to do so. Won't be coming back.
