Update: After working through the Better Business Bureau, I finally received a refund from the owner. I'm satisfied with the outcome, but it wasn't worth the headache.

Since my prior review I have received a full refund and have therefore added on some stars. However, I can't speak to the actual flight. Hopefully others have better luck with weather!
