We had Ganser replace some windows in our sunroom four years ago. About 1 1/2 years ago while trying to open it something snapped inside the framework and cracked it and now are unable to open it....

Mistakes upon mistakes with our projects. But that didn't stop them from charging high end fees. In my opinion, don't trust a thing they say. I learned the hard way.
