Customer service is nonexistent. Almost impossible to reach anyone and when I finally did I was basically called a liar. Pains me to have to give one star.

The worst... And they can get away with it because they have no competition. We have a .1 mps which is less than dial up. We purchased a monthly service for in-house "service". Yet they refuse...

I wish it was possible to give a zero or negative number because the scheduling and techs are the worst ever. The last 4 appointments...yes I've needed that many related to tech...
