History

500 W Franklin was purchased in 2019 to be a hub for small business owners who wanted to grow their businesses. We wanted to provide an atmosphere that would inspires creativity, innovation and collaborations. so we offer both long- and short-term leases, along with shared/ collaborative spaces. We also utilize our website to promote our clients and their events and in 2022 our new exterior will proudly proclaim our tenants' businesses.
