Purchase a 99-year lease for a lot and pay a low annual membership dues plus electricity. Lease includes water, sewer, trash and use of lawn equipment (gas included) at no additional cost. RV can remain on lot all year. Members can make board approved improvements to their lots. Gazebos, patios, decks and sheds are allowed. We also have daily, weekly, monthly, or seasonal RV lots to rent. We have a big open area that can accommodate group camping. We also offer workamper or camphost jobs that include a free RV site with full hookups and electricity."
