History

Started going to assisted living facilities, senior apartments, and then branched out to do classes at over 80 different locations.

Specialties

No memberships or registrations - just show up for classes. There's a mixture of early morning, daytime, evening and weekend classes. Classes sizes are small compared to a big gym setting and there's a wide variety of ages and abilities that participate. FitNice offers Zumba, Aqua Zumba, yoga, aqua yoga, strength training, kickboxing and Zumba Gold. Zumba Gold is a slower paced class that takes things down a notch and forgoes the bouncing around. Lots of different classes to help enhance your well being, get you moving and having fun too!
