As a managed care organization, Lakeland Care offers person-centered services through various programs, including the Family Care program, which helps eligible elders and adults with disabilities live independently at home and in their community. Lakeland Care is proud to be a steward of Medicaid dollars, partnering with over 1,000 local providers to ensure that 96% of every Medicaid dollar directly supports care for members across 22 counties and two Tribes in Northeast and North Central Wisconsin.
