I got a chance to check out the lunch time hot yoga session here and had an amazing experience! The location is easy to find on state street in Tosa with reserved parking spots across the street....

At Firefly Yoga Loft each certified yoga instructor designs a series of asanas for each class, so you will never experience the same class twice. All of Firefly Yoga Lofts classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike; however, we encourage students to choose the class that best meets their needs.
Specialties
Firefly Flow & Unwind classes are generally designed to be challenging and all levels at the same time. Our instructors create opportunities for personalized experience through giving students' options to intensify(deepen) or back off(ease) throughout classes. Students are encouraged to take rest & water whenever needed. We believe yoga is everybody. Everything we do in yoga is optional.
