1 star is too much for their customer service. Placed order and prepaid, 10 days later tank is empty on coldest day of the year. Forced to pay $200 emergency fee just to get fuel on 10 day...

This company does nothing to help the small guy get some propane to heat their homes. They do not work with people who cannot afford large chunks of money coming out of their monthly budgets.
