I've used EFS a few times for freight services but never again! My shipment should have taken 2-3 days. They lost 1 pallet from a 4 pallet LTL shipment. They finally found the lost pallet 6 weeks...

Can you rate a Zero? Terrible experience! Booked an expedited 1 day transit load. They missed the pick up the 1st day. Called at 9 am the second day, was guaranteed they would arrive by 3 pm....
