I can only comment on the pie itself and not service since I purchased a Elsie Mae's cherry mini pie at Swans pumpkin farm for my son who let mom have a few bites :) I have never heard of Elsie...

Ventured to the business park location in Lake Mills to check out Elsie Mae's. What a pleasant surprise ... the turnovers and mini pies are delicious! I'll be back!
