This is a family owned and operated cheese chalet. This business has been in the Ehlenbach family for three generations since 1969. Their cheese is all Wisconsin made. This is also the home of Sissy the Cow, which is a two ton cow standing in front of the building.

Small, to the point, large selections, great stop when you're on the road. All sorts of cheeses, special ones, so I bought a bunch. Definitely a guaranteed stop every time I pass by.

I wasn't impressed with their cheeses. I bought a lot to take home and we all agreed that the cheese here is just ok. There are too many other places in WI that have better cheese than here.
