I experience with the Eau Claire animal shelter has been poor. I know it is an organization that is made up of volunteers and does lots of good work. In my opinion they make the adoption process...

My suggestion to anyone going here to surrender is to just answer "I don't know" to every question, because they will twist everything into an excuse to either turn the animal away or make you pay...
