Built in 1868, Eagle Bluff Lighthouse continues its service as a navigational aid. The Door County Historical Society restored the residence and light tower and opened a museum in 1963. The Society provides tours and tells the story of the Duclon family. The lighthouse is open 7 days a week, mid-May through late October. A state park sticker is required for entrance to Peninsula State Park. The Door County Historical Society charges to small fee for tours, as they do not receive any operational support from the state.

I like the views, but the lighthouse is nothing special. I didn't do the tour. Something tells me that isn't that much more exciting. Good views though of the different islands!
