History

We moved to Osceola and fell in love with the area and people. We bought this home and began to learn the amazing history of a frontier era Doctor. This home is said to have had the first telephone and gas lighting in the area. Over the years many have lived here and called this beautiful place home. Come stay at the Big Yellow House!

Our vacation rentals seek to make a home away from home for all of our guests. We are constantly working to improve, so if you have an idea please let us know. We have kitchens with all the pans and utensils you need to keep the cost down while traveling if you choose to cook in instead of going out.
