The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department is a professional law enforcement organization that serves more than 167,000 residents of Outagamie County, Wis. Its administrative division is responsible for the direction and management of more than 210 full-time and over 15 part-time departmental employees. The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department s correction division manages a detention facility that serves the medical, educational, emotional, spiritual and nutritional needs of inmates. It has a water safety patrol, K-9 unit, winter snowmobile patrol, airport security and criminal justice units. The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department is located in Appleton, Wis.
