Delton Fire Department

The Delton Fire Department, also known as DFD, is a public safety agency that offers a range of fire safety programs and services. Founded in 1932, the department provides fire prevention, emergency assistance and vehicle extrication services. It also offers confined space, water, ice, and high- and low-angle rescue services. In addition, The Delton Fire Department provides fire suppression and airport rescue services. It maintains a fleet of truck, pumpers, tankers and other apparatus. The department manages a staff of firefighters and support personnel. The Delton Fire Department is owned by the village of Lake Delton and the town of Delton, Wis., and is governed by the Delton Fire and Ambulance Commission.
