Hello, I'm Kelly Badger, a family medicine physician for Affinity Medical Group. While treating patients of all ages, my goal is to listen and create an individualized care plan that helps them maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have a special interest in preventive medicine and health promotion. Outside of the office I enjoy traveling, reading fiction and spending time with my family.

Family Medicine is one of the unique fields of medicine that allows you to care for all family members. I enjoy engaging in conversation with patients to individualize their care to specific needs and circumstances of their life. I like to form a partnership with the patient in the management if their healthcare needs whether it be promoting healthy lifestyle or improvement of longstanding chronic conditions.

Lars Swanson, MD, specializes in general medical care of adult illness and disease, with a special interest in hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol and preventive medicine. Dr. Swanson earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. He served his internal medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital. Dr. Swanson is board-certified in internal medicine.
