Called them 5 times over a two week period trying to get my microwave fixed. Finally called back and told me to "throw it away" and get a new one. Don't waste your time with them.

Super service, very fair prices, extremely knowledgable on all appliances. Goes above and beyond to assure there are no other underlying issues that could later be a problem. Extremely happy...
