Tim has personally represented over 1,000 Social Security Disability claimants since his first case in 1999. Prior to concentrating his practice on Social Security disability law, Tim worked primarily as a criminal and civil litigator handling over 35 jury trials. His past trial attorney experience allows him to be an advocate for people in need. Tim received his B.A. in History in 1992 from Denison University and his J.D. from Ohio Northern School of Law in 1995.
