I provide virtual sessions across Wisconsin with in person sessions in La Crosse. I work with infants, early childhood, adult and elderly adult clients. My therapeutic style is relational and based on individual needs I utilize techniques from expressive therapy, attachment-based, child-parent Psychotherapy, psycho-educational, behavioral therapy and play therapy to help develop coping strategies, emotional development, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
