I am the founder and president of Lamb Security Consultants, Inc I have spent 24 years in the law enforcement and security fields, where I have had the privilege and opportunity to work with some very knowledgeable associates. I have worked in a one store operation to a company that opened 250 branch offices in the first year of business. I have law enforcement, contract security, retail security, industrial security, nuclear security, five diamond hotel security, large event security, and financial records security experience. Throughout my career, I have been a leader in the retail loss prevention field. With close to 1000 shoplifter apprehensions and 500 dishonest employee investigations, I have developed into a knowledgeable professional in the retail security field. I am a member of the American Society of Industrial Security where I hold the certification of Certified Protection Professional, one of the highest most prestigious certifications in the industry. I am also a member of the International Foundation of Protection Officers where I have acquired the certifications of Certified Protection Officer and Certified Protection Officer Instructor. Prior to forming Lamb Security Consultants, Inc, I observed that most small business owners do not have the time or resources available to address the needs of a loss prevention program. Conferring with several local businesses, I have developed security programs that meet the needs of most small business owners. Each security program begins with a complete security vulnerability assessment to determine exactly what services will be required for the business. I work closely with owner so together we can develop a program that works best. I will provide the guidance and expertise and the owner will make all of the decisions that will affect the program. I provide the necessary educational and awareness training for each aspect of the program. I will work with the owners until the new program is fully operational.
