A Madison-area staple for many years, Chocolate Shoppe sells great ice cream, period. It has a smaller selection of non-dairy desserts, but ice cream is the main attraction.

one of my favorite ice cream places. they have indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. the only complaint is the price but it's worth it.
