I cannot give higher than a one star rating to any establishment that makes me wait in line to order, when all I am doing is picking up an online order. That makes no sense and defeats the purpose.

I eat chipotle 2-3 times a week religiously! I am a Monona resident and I was STOKED when they built this location. The food is good 50% of the time and the customer service is good 20% of the time.
