History

I have been cooking most of my life. I found cooking to be very inspirational. I was inspired by the clean plates of my guest after they have devoured the food that was on them, I love seeing the smile on peoples' faces after preparing a meal. That gives me so much joy! in 2012 I decided to take my cooking to another level by enrolling myself into a culinary arts program at Milwaukee Area Technical College. While there I learned various cooking styles and methods, and earned my Associates degree in culinary Arts. We specialize in many different styles of Culinary Cuisine, from Southern/ American to Mediterranean across Wisconsin, you name it, Chef Maria can prepare it.
