Chancery is the owner and operator of a chain of restaurants that operate under the name Chancery Family Pub. Founded in 1972, Chancery Family Pub serves a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, hamburgers, steaks, desserts and entrees of pasta, seafood and chicken. Its appetizers include artichoke dip, quesadillas, crayfish and hummus dip with vegetables. Its sandwiches include Reubens, po' boys and chicken pitas. Among the restaurant s entrees are fettuccine Bolognese, short ribs, tilapia tostadas, fried walleye and baked cod. The company operates locations in Waukesha, Mequon, Racine, Kenosha, Wauwatosa and Milwaukee, Wis. Chancery is headquartered in Milwaukee.
