HistoryYou Had Me At I Do is a specialized team within Edge DJ Entertainment. Edge DJ was founded in 1999 by one guy using borrowed equipment to entertain at a family member's reception. A few in attendance saw the incredible job he did and asked him to do their wedding and the business grew from there. A few years later, a couple that had hired Edge DJ for their reception came to our owner with a problem - they couldn't find a single Officiant willing to give them the fun, wacky ceremony they wanted. Never one to turn down a client request, Chris found a way to become an Ordained Minister and delivered the clients' perfect, fun, wacky ceremony for them. As with the DJ side of the business, the Officiant side grew organically from there. In 2005 we took our best DJs and Officiants and created the You Had Me At I Do team, a team dedicated to just one thing - weddings! One company and one point of contact for the ceremony and reception. It doesn't get easier or better than that!SpecialtiesWe specialize in giving couples the wedding of their dreams!
